This Application (“My Business by OrderYOYO”) is delivered by OrderYOYO as a service offering for partners of OrderYOYO to access information about the performance of OrderYOYO’s restaurant partners’ businesses. This service is provided by OrderYOYO at no additional cost than
the commission charges agreed between OrderYOYO and their restaurant partners. Any terms not defined in this Privacy Policy are defined in our Restaurant Partner Agreement with you. This Privacy Policy is intended to inform restaurant partners of OrderYOYO of our policies of
collecting, using, and disclosing information when using the services provided in My Business byOrderYOYO.
By using My Business by OrderYOYO you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The information that we collect is used for providing and improving My Business by OrderYOYO. We will not use or share this information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
When accessing My Business by OrderYOYO, we require you to provide us with identifiable information by logging in with your Restaurant ID and Printer ID as provided separate to this service upon entering into a Restaurant Partner Agreement with OrderYOYO.
Information that we collect automatically: My Business by OrderYOYO uses a third-party service that may collect information used to identify your usage of the application. Link to the privacy policy of the third party service providers used by the application can be found here: Google Analytics for Firebase.
In addition to the aforementioned third-party service, the following services are used to collect usage information automatically:
• Access Network State – allows the application to access information about networks;
• Get Accounts – allows access to the user accounts stored in a device. This helps us offering authentication option in our application;
• Manage Accounts – allows the application to perform operations like adding and removing accounts and deleting their password;
• Use Credentials – allows the application to retrieve a token even in cases it isn’t available in the cache;
• Internet – allows application access to the Internet.
Log Data
In case of an error when using My Business by OrderYOYO, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system
version, the configuration of My Business by OrderYOYO, the time and date of your use, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
My Business by OrderYOYO does not use these cookies explicitly. However, the application may use third party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of My Business by OrderYOYO.

Denne applikation (”My Business by OrderYOYO”) leveres af OrderYOYO som en service til OrderYOYO’s restaurant partnere. Herved får OrderYOYO’s restaurant partnere adgang til deres kommercielle data og performance ved brug af OrderYOYO’s øvrige tjenester.
